To ensure every visit is smooth and enjoyable, we ask our valued clients to follow our salon policies: Appointments & Walk-Ins We encourage clients to book appointments in advance to ensure availability. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments will have priority. To book, click the "Book Now" button or call us at (501) 215-4039. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your service to accommodate other clients. For late arrivals, we cannot guarantee full service, but we will do our best to serve you within the remaining time. Cancellations We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may incur a charge. Fixing Broken Nails If your nails break within 3 days of your appointment, we are happy to fix them free of charge. After 3 days, repairs will be charged according to the service menu. Hygiene and Safety For the safety of our clients and staff, we use high-quality, sterilized equipment for every service. We also ask that clients with any signs of infections or contagious conditions wait until they are fully healed to visit. Payment We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Tips are appreciated and can be given in cash or added to your card payment. Refunds All services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with any service, please inform us before leaving the salon so we can address your concerns. Children For the safety and comfort of all clients, children must be supervised at all times. We recommend not bringing young children unless they are receiving services. Personal Belongings Morrilton Nails & Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items. Please keep your belongings secure during your visit.
